I have been bringing my son here for 5(ish) years now, and the staff is always great. We see Dr. Neeno and she is awesome. Dr. Neeno takes the time to talk with both of us. She is very funny and kind, and she has patience with my son. Since we start bringing my son here, we have had zero emergency visits and have been hospitalization free.
Wow!!! What can I say about this office, staff and Dr. Jennifer Xu!!!! They were absolutely wonderful and got me in same day, urgent visit with medication and some answers to my eyelid flare up. Took My daughter to her appt. Christine is always kind, and listens. She is the best. Supporting staff is also extremely professional. 100% recommend them! We are also 27 year long loyal customers. If our plan changes with our job we always make sure we can go here.
Our daughter has been a patient here for years. We started with Dr. Chipps, then we saw Dr. Christine (as my daughter calls her) and now sees Dr. Garcia. They have been outstanding in their care for her. They do a great job and our daughter feels like her care is outstanding. We highly recommend Capital Allergy and Dr. Garcia!
Dr. Neeno is really wonderful. She listens to all your concerns and addresses them promptly. The entire staff is attentive and they are great with kids.
I really appreciate Dr Cheng's type of care. I like how open he is and how easy he is to communicate with. Plus, his office staff are friendly and efficient.
The front office staff is always pleasant; address me by name when I enter the office for my appointment. I have always been seen on time, never having to wait. Dr. Cheng is always professional and delightful to talk to. He genuinely cares about my health and makes every effort to help me with my autoimmune illness. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone dealing with allergies and respiratory illnesses!
Doctor Chipps and his NP Christine are wonderful! So knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. I am so lucky to have both of them on my medical team.
Dr. Meghan Garcia is my favorite doctor I've seen so far for the health issues I've been having. She is so kind and patiently listens and she's very enthusiastic about my treatment plan and so nice about everything. The staff who do my allergy shots are also very kind and helpful.
I first met Dr. Bradley Chipps in early September 1989. My youngest child, Genevieve, had just been admitted to Sutter Memorial's Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit. Diagnosis: Pertussis (Whooping Cough). She was 5 weeks old. Through that lengthy ordeal, he was there to make sure she pulled through. He even cut his family vacation short to come back to treat Genevieve, because she was that ill. After six long weeks, Genevieve was released to come home. Dr. Chipps played a major role in her recovery and 27 years later, my daughter has wonderful healthy lungs. I am eternally grateful that Dr. Chipps was there for us back then. Okay everyone, fast forward to 2009. My breathing starts to become compromised and I am referred to.... that's right .... Dr. Chipps. I asked him if he remembered Genevieve and myself. He did. Up until a couple of years ago, it is my understanding that Genevieve was the worst Pertussis case on record. I'm still (and always will be) a grateful patient of his. I have a condition where there currently is no cure. However, my breathing has greatly improved since coming to him. You know, you can go without food. You can go without water. You cannot go without breathing. So, if you need an "air man" don't settle. Get the best... and the best is Dr. Bradley Chipps. A doctor who cares about people.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley Chipps at Capital Allergy & Respiratory Disease Center since the early 90's. I have been with Dr. Chipps since before he was a big office, and it was only him. As an adolescent I was very sick with Asthma and Allergies. Now I'm in my late 30's and I am still being treated by him because I choose to! He has saved my life during the time I had Pneumonia, and severe Asthma he always seems to have the fix! I am grateful to have such wonderful doctor with so much knowledge. Dr. Chipps and his staff treat you as family and care about you and your health. I believe in Dr. Chipps and appreciate him and his staff very much and CHOOSE to stay with him!
